**Unit Specifics:**
- **Number of Beds:**
- 9 L&D
- 3 Swing Rooms
- 2 ORs
- 3 Bed OBED
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:2
- **Staffing Support:**
- Dedicated Unit Secretary
- Experienced Scrub Tech
- In-house CRNA & Midwife 24/7
- OBGYN On Call
**Equipment & Documentation:**
- **Documentation System:** CPN and Meditech
**Scheduling Requirements:**
- 4 Weekend Shifts/Month
**Floating Policy:**
- May Float to M/B or Outside Department for Tasks
**Patient Experience Expectations:**
- Maintain Patient Experience Above 75%
**Required Certifications:**
- RN, ACLS, BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring
**Desired Skill Set:**

- Promote Vaginal Birth Options
- **Advanced Skills:**
- Spinning Babies
- STABLE (helpful)
**Procedures Performed on Unit:**
- Circulating in OR
- IUPC, FSE, MgSO4
- Postpartum Hemorrhage - JADA System
- Nitrous Oxide Use
**Dress Code:**
- Hot Pink and Black Uniform
- Prefer Hot Pink on Top
- Black on Bottom
