Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $1,869 per week in Nashville, TN

Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Tennessee

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, including 3 weekend shifts and 1 call shift per assignment period. Travelers may be required to float as needed.

• 12-bed Labor & Delivery unit within a dedicated Women's and Children's building
• 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio supporting individualized, high-quality care
• Collaborative team environment with RNs, unit secretaries, and OR techs on staff
• Electronic documentation systems: CPN and Meditach
• Full scope of practice including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, cerclage procedures, epidural anesthesia support, tub labor, and post-delivery newborn care
• Emphasis on shared decision-making and patient-centered care

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification OR C-EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification required (AWHONN Advanced is not accepted in lieu of Intermediate)
• Demonstrated competency in care of laboring patients, immediate newborn care, and circulating/recovering cesarean section patients
