Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $1,871 per week in Cleveland, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 12 months labor and delivery experience License: Permanent Ohio RN License or Compact State RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Basic Fetal Monitoring Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - One reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty required Description: Provides high-risk antepartum care for pregnant patients requiring closer monitoring or specialized treatment before labor and delivery. Conditions treated may include high blood pressure, preeclampsia, preterm labor, risk of early delivery, vaginal bleeding, and placental problems. Experience with pregnancies involving twins or multiples is preferred. Candidates must have required certifications active and in hand prior to submission. Candidates must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation. Nurses are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements, which may change. A negative drug screen, including nicotine, is required within 12 months of start. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to the facility for one year from their previous end date. Candidates may extend their contract with the client for a period of 18 months, after which a break may be required. Annual hands-on competency requirements may apply for nurses who remain on a continuous contract for a minimum of one year.
