Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $1,874 per week in Nashville, TN

# Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Tennessee

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, includes 3 weekend shifts and 1 call shift per month, 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

• 12-bed Labor & Delivery unit in dedicated Women's and Children's facility
• Full spectrum of services including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, cerclage placement, and tub labor with epidural anesthesia
• Comprehensive team support with RNs, unit secretaries, and OR techs
• Documentation systems: CPN and Meditach
• Patient-centered care model emphasizing shared decision making
• Opportunities to provide laboring patient care, immediate newborn care, and circulate/recover cesarean patients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Active RN license in good standing
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring OR C-EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification required
• Advanced skills in care of laboring patients, immediate newborn care, and cesarean section circulation/recovery
