Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $1,875 per week in Nashville, TN

# Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Tennessee

Start Date: August 3, 2026

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, including 3 weekend shifts and 1 call shift per month. Rotating schedule with floating policy in place.

• 12-bed Labor & Delivery unit within a dedicated Women's and Children's facility
• 1:2 patient ratios supporting optimal patient care
• Full-scope L&D practice including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, cerclage placement, epidural anesthesia support, and tub labor
• Comprehensive team support with RNs, unit secretaries, and OR techs
• Documentation systems: CPN and Meditach
• Shared decision-making model emphasizing patient-centered care

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Current RN license in Tennessee or compact state license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or C-EFM certification required (AWHONN Advanced is not acceptable for this role)
• Experience with care of laboring patients, immediate newborn care, and circulating/recovering cesarean section patients
