Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $1,984 per week in Canton, OH

Job Opportunity – Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: September 25, 2026

Location: Canton, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Highlights:

• Labor and Delivery assignments including labor/induction patients, circulating role in the OB-OR, and antepartum care
• 13-week contract with potential extension opportunities up to 18 months
• Experience with EPIC Stork preferred but not required
• Orientation includes ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication administration assessments
• Pre-start modules required (average 6–15 hours; 4 hours billable)
• Work with a dedicated Labor and Delivery team in a supportive healthcare environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of permanent Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
• Active Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license in hand at time of submission (no pending licenses accepted)
• Current certifications required at time of submission: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE
• One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in Labor and Delivery from the past 12 months (co-worker references not accepted)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI background check within 48 hours of contract signing
• No open legal cases or license disciplinary actions
