The role ensures that patients, families, and significant others receive individualized high-quality, safe patient care. Clinical practice is guided by established models and supported through evidence-based practices and research. RN Clinical Nurses are required to be licensed, knowledgeable, and compliant with nursing practices and ethical standards. The individual upholds the voice of the patient and follows system policies and procedures.
