The role ensures that patients, families, and significant others receive individualized high-quality, safe patient care. Clinical practice is guided by established models and supported through evidence-based practices and research. RN Clinical Nurses are required to be licensed, knowledgeable, and compliant with nursing practices and ethical standards.
