Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery
Assist with inductions, Cesarean sections, and spontaneous vaginal deliveries
Manage laboring patients with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
Operate and maintain equipment such as GE monitoring, Novii Wireless, Spectrum IV Pumps, and CADD epidural PCA
Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery
Current RN license
NRP certification
BLS certification
Preferred: Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and ACLS
