Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery
Monitor and manage labor and delivery processes
Provide support and education to mothers during labor
Assist in C-sections and other obstetric procedures
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
Operate necessary equipment such as Novii, JADA, and Fetal Pillow
Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery
Valid RN license
Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
Intermediate fetal monitoring competency
2+ years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery
