Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN - Labor and Delivery- Independently manage laboring patients and high-risk pregnancies
- Conduct fetal monitoring, labor inductions, and postpartum care
- Circulate during cesarean sections and assist with obstetric emergencies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Utilize electronic medical records and monitoring systems efficiently
Requirements of the Travel RN - Labor and Delivery- Minimum 2 years recent Labor & Delivery experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate fetal monitoring certifications
- Experience with fetal monitoring interpretation and Epic EMR
- Proficiency in circulating cesarean sections and managing high-risk OB patients
