Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,144 per week in Austin, TX

Job Title: RN Labor and Delivery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 13 Experience: Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery/Perinatal experience in a high volume delivery service License: Registered Nurse license Certifications: BLS Provider certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Neonatal Resuscitation certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics. Advanced Life Support certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification. Must-Have: Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school or college of nursing. Description: We are looking for an experienced RN in Labor and Delivery. The candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high volume delivery service. BLS Provider certification and a Registered Nurse license are required. Candidates should have Neonatal Resuscitation certification and Advanced Life Support certification. Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification is also required. Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of perinatal clinical experience in a high volume delivery service. S.T.A.B.L.E Program certification and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing are preferred. The facility is a Level IV Client Designation facility with a fast-paced environment. The unit consists of LDR suites, C-section suites, Triage rooms, Mother-Baby Couplet rooms, and monitored Ante-partum rooms. It performs over 500 deliveries per month and provides comprehensive coverage. The position includes participation in the Perinatal Transport Program.
