Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,182 per week in Dickson, TN

# Job Opportunity – Labor and Delivery Charge Nurse – Tennessee**Start Date:** July 15, 2026 **Location:** Central Tennessee **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Full-time, 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays**Highlights:**

• LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) unit with 9 beds, plus 4-bed Level II NICU and 1 OR suite
• Patient ratios: 1:1 for active labors, inductions, and C-sections; 1:3 for couplet care; newborns 1:1 until stable
• Documentation systems include Meditech and CPN central monitoring with advanced equipment including IV pumps, infant warmers, tele-medicine robotics, bili-blankets, and PCA pumps
• Seasoned nursing team with multiple RNs maintaining 30+ years of experience serving as exceptional preceptors and resources
• Joint Commission certified facility with Stroke Center, Level II Trauma, and Level II NICU designations
• Comprehensive OB experience required including fetal monitoring, inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil), shoulder dystocia, and postpartum hemorrhage management

**Requirements:**

• Charge Nurse experience required
• Labor and Delivery experience including labor recovery and newborn assessment/transition
• Experience managing OB emergencies including shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage preferred
• Fetal monitoring education and induction experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Fetal monitoring training required
• Experience with procedures performed on unit: C-sections, circumcisions, intra-uterine monitoring, vacuum or forceps-assisted deliveries
