Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery - Travel- Provide direct patient care for labor and delivery patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize evidence-based practices in all care provided
- Assist with neonatal resuscitation as necessary
Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery - Travel- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact Nursing License
- BLS - Basic Life Support or equivalent certification
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program or equivalent certification within 180 days
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or equivalent certification within 180 days
- Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's in Nursing
- Completion of an accredited/approved school of nursing with requisite clinical hours
- Less than 1 year of patient care experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to utilize technology in clinical care
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and time management skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and manage emergencies effectively
