Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,272 per week in Dickson, TN

# Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery / Women's Services Charge Nurse – Tennessee**Start Date:** August 17, 2026 **Location:** Tennessee **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Full-time, 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays; 24/7 coverage model**Highlights:**- 9-bed LDRP unit with integrated obstetrical emergency department, 4-bed NICU, and 1 OR suite supporting comprehensive women's services- Charge RN role leading a dedicated team in a Joint Commission-accredited facility with Level II Trauma and Level II NICU designations- Patient ratios: 1:1 for active labor, inductions, and C-sections; 1:3 for couplet care and intermediate NICU care- State-of-the-art equipment including CPN central fetal monitoring, tele-medicine robotics for neonatology consultations, IV pumps, and bili-blankets- Documentation in Meditech and CPN systems- Seasoned team with multiple RNs averaging 30+ years of experience providing excellent mentorship and collaborative support**Requirements:**- Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state license)- Previous charge nurse experience required- Labor and delivery experience including maternal recovery and newborn transition care- Experience managing OB emergencies such as shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage preferred- Fetal monitoring training and experience with labor inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil)- Current BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required- Ability to float within the facility as needed per staffing requirements**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This is an excellent opportunity to lead a highly experienced, team-oriented unit that offers comprehensive maternal and newborn care.
