Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,287 per week in Asheville, NC

Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Western North Carolina

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time RN position with 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratios; day and night shifts available with charge nurse, PCT, CST, and RN team support

Highlights:

• 16-bed Labor & Delivery unit in a nationally recognized, Magnet-designated hospital
• High-acuity obstetric care including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, cerclage, and cesarean hysterectomy
• Electronic fetal monitoring using Phillips equipment and Cerner/Fetal Link EMR system
• Immediate newborn care and high-risk obstetric experience required
• Floating opportunities to MFMU, Postpartum, and NICU units
• Scrubs provided; weekends and on-call available upon approval

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• High-risk obstetric experience required
• Immediate newborn care experience required
• Current RN license
• BLS/ACLS certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification
• Circulating experience strongly preferred
