Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,316 per week in Edmonds, WA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 Years License: Compact License Required Certifications: ACLS AWHONN Intermediate BLS FHM NRP Must-Have: Experience in Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, OB Triage, Antepartum, and Newborn care. Ability to float as needed. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. Candidates must have experience in Labor and Delivery and Post Partum care. The role requires knowledge of vaginal delivery and cesarean delivery procedures. Experience in circulating in the Operating Room and starting adult IVs is essential. You will also need to administer blood and blood products and manage drains and epidural pumps. Prior experience with insulin drips and magnesium sulfate therapy is preferred. The patient ratio is typically 1:1 to 1:3. This position will require working with various patient diagnoses including normal newborn care. Successful candidates must have strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Floating to other facilities may be required depending on patient care needs.
