**Job Description:**

**General Information:**
- **Unit Specifics:**
- Number of Beds: 9 L&D, 3 swing rooms, 2 ORs & 3 bed OBED
- Patient Ratios: 1-2
- Staffing: Unit Secretary, scrub tech, dedicated CRNA & midwife in-house 24/7, OBGYN on call
- Documentation System: CPN and Meditech
- Scheduling Requirements: 4 weekend shifts/month
- Floating Policy: May float to mother/baby or outside department to task
- Patient Experience: Remain above 75%
- **Certifications Required:**
- RN, ACLS, BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring
**Hiring Profile:**
- **Requested Skill Set:**
- Must have a drive to provide the highest quality of care to our laboring patients
- Ability to support patient choice and promote vaginal birth opportunities
- **Advanced Skills:**
- Spinning Babies helpful, STABLE also helpful
- **Procedures Performed:**
- Circulating in OR, IUPC, FSE, MgSO4, pp hemorrhage - JADA system, nitrous oxide
- **Dress Code:**
- Hot pink and black (preferably hot pink on top)
