Description:
Provide nursing care to patients during labor and delivery.
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs.
Assist in delivery procedures and ensure the safety of mother and child.
Educate patients and families about childbirth and newborn care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in labor and delivery nursing.
