Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,369 per week in Oregon City, OR

The nurse will support patients during labor and postpartum. Floating between units may be required based on needs. Weekend shifts are required, typically every other or every third weekend. The expected patient ratio is 1:1 for labor and 3:1 for postpartum. The facility admits high-risk patients, including those with gestational hypertension and multiple gestations. Special procedures may include vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and neonatal resuscitation. Nurses are expected to perform clinical assessments, provide education, and administer medications. Bilingual skills and community hospital experience are preferred. Candidates must possess a vehicle for transportation. Flexibility in scheduling and participation in holiday shifts is needed. References covering recent nursing experience are required. Travelers may be expected to float between facilities for staffing needs.
