Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,370 per week in Everett, WA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years required License: Valid state license required Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery - First-time travelers are accepted - Weekend and floating shifts are required Description: L&D RN position available in a facility providing comprehensive maternity services. The facility offers Level II NICU and is equipped for high-risk perinatal care. Candidates should ideally have experience in facilities with over 200 deliveries. However, applicants with experience in facilities handling 100-200 deliveries will be considered. Staffing ratios are 1:1 in labor, 1:3 couplets in postpartum with CNA support, and 1:2-3 in antepartum. Triage is staffed with three skilled RNs per shift. Two surgical techs are available during the day and night shifts. Three CNAs assist RNs with postpartum care. The unit features 19 labor and delivery beds, 10 antepartum beds, and 30 postpartum beds. Additional support includes health unit coordinators, respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy. Candidates should possess required skills such as the administration of medications, labor support, and recovery for C-sections. All certifications, including ACLS, are hard stop requirements for this position.
