Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,382 per week in Laurinburg, NC

Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Thursday-Friday-Saturday rotation. 48 hours of orientation provided.

Highlights:

• Labor & Delivery with postpartum couplet care in a unit featuring 4 labor beds, 4 triage beds, and 13 obstetric beds
• Diverse skill set required: L&D, postpartum, couplet care, and basic med-surg for hysterectomy patients
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Flexible contract length with opportunity for one pre-approved time off period
• Patient ratio of 1:3 on nights with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including pharmacy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Active RN license (State or Compact) required at time of submission
• Required Certifications: BLS, Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or Advanced)
• Preferred Certification: STABLE
• Core competencies must include: antepartum, labor & delivery, postpartum care, couplet care, assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, circulate for C-sections, epidural management, EFM/IFM use, Pitocin administration, Magnesium Sulfate therapy, newborn assessment, and triage of obstetrical patients
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered with facility-approved documentation)
• Two professional references from within the past two years required
