Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,398 per week in Ottumwa, IA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Iowa RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE Must-Have: Mandatory reporter certification required (Child and Adult) Description: 36 or 48 guaranteed hours available. Will consider candidates with 1 year of experience with travel experience. Background checks must include criminal and child abuse portions, with no exceptions. All background checks must be fully cleared before starting; no instant or statewide searches accepted. Drug test must be a 10-panel screening including opiates. Titers for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB must be within the last 12 months. Candidates must be willing to start on either Monday or Tuesday. The unit cares for active labor patients with a ratio of 1:1 and couplet care at 3:1. Intermediate fetal monitoring and the use of electronic health records are part of the work environment. Candidates may need to float within the hospital to other units as required. The nursing team focuses on providing individualized, seamless care to patients.
