Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,455 per week in Marshall, MI

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Labor & Delivery / Mother-Baby) – Michigan

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Marshall, Michigan

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Rotating shifts with holiday and weekend rotation; possible call coverage

Highlights:

• 11 LDRP rooms with 3 triage rooms and 1 operating room in a comprehensive Birth Center setting
• RN-to-patient ratio of 1:1 for active labor, magnesium sulfate administration, and Pitocin induction; 1:3 for couplets; 1:2 for early labor patients
• EMR system: Cerner
• Full-spectrum perinatal care including labor support, delivery, newborn care at delivery, and postpartum mother-baby care
• Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment with supervision of nursing patient care team including CNAs, LPNs, and other technicians
• 13-week assignment with rotating holiday and weekend coverage

Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of current Birthing Center experience required
• Demonstrated experience with laboring patients, delivery (including newborn care at delivery), and postpartum care (mothers and babies) required
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire
• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Current skills checklist (within 1 year) and two supervisory reference forms (within 2 years) required
• Reliable transportation required
• Any requested time off must be identified at time of application (maximum 5 days; requests after submission will not be approved)
