**Job Description:**
- **Unit Information:**
- Number of Beds: 16 LDR, 3 OR, 3 Triage, 3 RR
- Staff: 70 dedicated professionals
- Day Shift Staff: 1 charge RN, 12 RNs, 2-3 Surgical Techs
- Night Shift Staff: 1 charge RN, 6-7 RNs, 1 Surgical Tech
- Patient Ratios: AWHONN ratios (1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 for low acuity)
- **Equipment:**
- Novii monitors, iMobile, headsets
- Pass-through skin-to-skin C-section drape
- Deep soaker tubs, light therapy, aroma therapy
- **EMR:** CPN and Meditech
- **Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have:**
- Current Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring (within previous 2 years)
- L&D experience
- Current NRP and BLS certifications
- **Preferred:**
- Experience at facilities with >3000 births per year
- Focus on patient preferences
- **Typical Procedures:**
- Labor, delivery, recovery, triage, antepartum, circulate for C-section
- 1st hour baby care (excludes admission assessment, eyes and thighs)
- Breastfeeding assistance

- Scrub Color: Navy Blue, any closed shoes

- In-house: 24-7 Hospitalist and Midwife coverage, Anesthesia, Neonatologist
