Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery.
The position requires working 12-hour night shifts, three times a week.
The nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients in active labor, delivery, postpartum, antepartum, and newborn nursery.
The nurse is expected to maintain a 1:1 ratio for active labor and a 1:3-4 ratio for couplets.
The unit averages 19-31 deliveries per month, with an annual total of around 300 deliveries.
Candidates must have experience in nursery and mother-baby care, with postpartum experience being preferred.
