Position: RN – Labor & Delivery (LDRP) SNSNSN
Location: Sharon, Connecticut
Shift: Nights – 3x12s (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM, every other weekend)
Duration: 13 weeks
• Provide comprehensive LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) care.
• Deliver couplet care for both mother and newborn.
• Attend all deliveries and assist with labor management.
• Care for low-risk antepartum patients and support transition nursery.
• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal condition using advanced fetal monitoring techniques.
• Float as support staff (no patient assignment) to Med/Surg or Behavioral Health units as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient outcomes.
