Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery- Provide labor, delivery, and recovery care
- Perform triage and circulate for C-section
- Assist with breastfeeding
- Conduct 1st-hour baby care (excludes admission assessment, eyes, and thighs)
Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery- Current (within previous 2 years) Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring
- L&D experience
- Current NRP and BLS certifications
- Experience at facilities with 3000 births per year preferred
