Location: Austin, Texas

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, night shift with rotating weekends, no call requirementsHighlights:

• Seasonal 13-week contract in a high-volume, 32-bed Level IV Labor and Delivery unit
• Patient ratio of 1:2, with dedicated charge and co-charge nursing support
• Advanced equipment including Novii wireless monitoring, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, and FSE
• Meditech EMR system with comprehensive electronic documentation
• Opportunity to work with a large, experienced team of 150 staff members
• Flexible scheduling with no call requirements, supporting work-life balance

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• Competency in EFM, sterile vaginal exams (SVE), and C-Section circulation
• Experience with spontaneous vaginal deliveries, cerclages, cesarean sections, and TOLAC procedures preferred
• Internal fetal monitor placement competency preferred
• Previous experience in high-volume Level IV units highly desirable
