Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,625 per week in Boston, MA

Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 16 weeks Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2 recent years of Labor and Delivery RN experience and OR circulator experience. License: Must hold a current RN license. Certifications: Must include copies of BLS and NRP card. Must-Have: Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry strips. Must be able to pass telemetry test on Day 1 with 85% or higher. Experience in high-risk obstetrics preferred. EPIC experience required. Previous travel experience is required. Evidence of completing Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring course, preferably AWHONN. Description: This position requires working shifts that rotate between day and night. The schedule includes evening and overnight hours with every other weekend and holiday. There are nine labor rooms and two operating and recovery rooms. Five triage rooms are available in the unit. The facility averages approximately 3,000 deliveries per year. Candidates with CNM experience will not be considered. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. All lessons in NRP must be completed and must not expire during the proposed assignment. Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.
