Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,632 per week in Fort Wayne, IN

Nursing duties during vaginal and cesarean deliveries are required. Care of couplets is part of the responsibilities. The facility uses EPIC Stork documentation and Centricity fetal monitoring system. The Pyxis medication system is utilized for medication management. The nurse-to-patient ratio is typically 1:1, possibly 1:2 if in early labor or induction of labor. Couplet care may involve a ratio of 1:3. The nurse will float based on the need between facilities. The nurse will work alongside a shift nurse lead and at least six other L&D RNs. Weekends are required, working three out of four weekends. There is no call requirement for this position. Dress code consists of hospital-provided scrubs.
