Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,650 per week in Neptune, NJ

**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery!** Job Description: - Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in Labor and Delivery, OR, Postpartum, and Antepartum settings! - Utilize your skills to evaluate patients and assist physicians in delivering top-notch care. - Plan, implement, and document individualized nursing care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. - Identify patient requirements through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation to ensure priority-based care. - Develop and coordinate a patient-centered plan of care through continuous assessments. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage comprehensive patient care effectively. - Document care aligned with clinical standards, patient acuity, and priorities for practice and quality. - Advocate for evidence-based practices and support the implementation of innovations in patient care. - Provide compassionate, patient-centric care in alignment with our professional nursing practice model. - Collaborate with a supportive team and engage in ongoing professional development. - Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to a collaborative work environment. **Required Skills & Experience:** - One (1)+ year of experience in a related specialty required. - Preferred experience: 5 years. **Required Hard Skills:** - Proficient in Labor and Delivery, OR, Postpartum, Antepartum. **Required Soft Skills:** - Strong skills in Newborn care. **Education Requirements:** - Required: ASN. - Preferred: BSN. **Required Certifications & Licensure:** - BLS-AHA - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license - NRP Certification **Preferred Certifications & Licensure:** - ACLS Certification. **Schedule Notes:** - Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 x 12 every other weekend required, 3 out of 6 holidays required. - No on-call requirement. - No float requirement. - Scrubs provided (Navy Blue).
