A commitment to providing quality care to mothers and newborns is essential. Experience in managing high-risk deliveries is preferred. Responsibilities include administering medications and supportive therapies. The nurse will perform assessments and assist with various procedures. Strong communication skills and teamwork are crucial in this role. Knowledge of labor support and breastfeeding assistance is expected.
