Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred License: Oregon RN License required prior to start Certifications: BLS, NRP, AWOHNN or Relias Advanced Fetal Monitoring preferred Must-Have: Must have applied for or hold an Oregon RN license at the time of submission. Previous travel experience preferred. EPIC experience required. Description: Travelers will float between various facilities. Refusal to float as requested will result in a cancellation of the contract. Travelers are required to complete any assigned education within one week of assignment. Mandatory cancellation terms: Must cancel 1.5 hours before the start of a shift. Personnel may be mandatorily canceled one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty. Patient ratios: Days 1:1 to 1:2, Nights 1:1 to 1:2. RTO: No RTO within the first two weeks. Maximum of 7 days of RTO allowed. Oregon state license or proof of application/fingerprints required with submission. One charge, supervisor, or manager reference required with submission, preferably from the last year. References must indicate no felony hits. Return staff must have a one year separation rule. Modules: Pre-start modules or other requirements are non-billable and average 4-8 hours. Modules completed during orientation are billable if completed within the first 8 hours. RNs will be required to complete an EPIC Test Out Module. If the RN does not pass, a mandatory 8-hour training course will be assigned at no charge.
