Job Title: Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift: 12 hours (07:00 - 19:30)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of specialty experience; C-section and circulating experience preferred; 2 years of experience preferred.
License: Active RN license required.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN Advanced or Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Relias Fetal Heart Monitoring).
Must-Have: Applicants must have applied for RN license prior to submission.
Description:
Candidates must have experience with C-sections and circulating duties.
Scrub experience is preferred.
Orientation hours required are 8 hours.
Travelers are expected to float within the system.
Education must be completed within one week of assignment.
Low census mandatory cancellation terms apply.
Mandatory cancellation of one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty is possible.
Charge experience is preferred.
Epic charting system experience is required for all submissions.
References from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager are needed.
No felony convictions will be accepted.
All compliance documents must be submitted before the start of the assignment.
RNs will need to complete an Epic test-out module.
If the test-out is unsuccessful, an 8-hour training course will be assigned.
The training is provided at no cost.
This position requires skills related to administration of blood products, antepartum care, amniocentesis assistance, and high-risk delivery support, among others.
Responsibilities will also include labor and delivery duties, postpartum care, and newborn assessments.
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in fetal monitoring and managing various medical conditions throughout the labor and delivery process.
Patient demographics include neonates and adults, with a focus on low-risk labor and delivery patients.
Support services available include IV teams, physical therapy, and social services.
