The position requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Candidates must possess valid state licensure and relevant certifications. Experience circulating for cesarean sections is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in a facility that performs at least 200 deliveries per month. Floating between like units is a requirement of this position. Weekend commitment is not necessary for this role. The patient ratio will be maintained at 1:2. Candidates will be expected to contribute positively to the team dynamic. Good communication and interpersonal skills are vital. A background in acute care nursing is preferred.
