Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,758 per week in Mission Hills, CA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required. First-timers accepted. License: Current state nursing license required. Certifications: ACLS BCLS NRP Advanced AWHONN L.A. City Fire Card Must-Have: Experience circulating for cesarean sections. Experience in facilities with a minimum of 200 deliveries per month preferred. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. The nurse will oversee patient care for both neonates and adults. The nurse will work with a patient ratio of 1:2 during shifts. The facility is an acute care hospital with a total of 377 staffed beds. Support services include physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. The nurse should be able to float between similar units as required. Availability to accommodate block scheduling is subject to manager discretion. The nurse must be prepared to work three of the five major holidays. References covering the last year of experience are required. All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state. The position does not require on-call duties. The facility offers free parking for staff.
