Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,839 per week in Salem, MA

Job Title: Labor and Delivery, Postpartum Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating shifts Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years required License: Current RN License Certifications: AHA BLS, NRP, EFM required; AHA ACLS preferred Must-Have: Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, and Newborn Care experience Description: We are seeking a Labor and Delivery and Postpartum Registered Nurse. This position involves rotating shifts primarily during the day, with rotations to evenings and nights as needed. The unit is a 25-bed Labor and Delivery unit that includes Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn Care, Operating Rooms, Recovery Rooms, and Additional Nursing Units. The average daily census ranges from 15-25 mothers, babies, and labors. The clinician to patient ratio is 1:2-3 for evaluations and 1:1 for active labor. The Postpartum ratio is 1:3-4. Experience with EPIC charting system is required. Floating is not required for this position. This role includes one night of call and every other weekend. Candidates must have current certifications in BLS, NRP, and EFM, all of which need to be renewed every two years for Labor and Delivery.
