The department features:
• 21–30 bed Labor & Delivery unit
• Ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity
• Cerner charting system
• Exposure to high-risk OB, antenatal, postpartum, and OB triage patients
• Hands-on experience with epidural management, Pitocin titration, magnesium sulfate administration, insulin drips, and cesarean deliveries
Schedule & Requirements:
• 12-hour night shifts | 36 hrs/week
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation required
• No call requirement
• Floating within acuity (Antenatal, High Risk, OB Triage, Postpartum)
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience
• Active DE or Compact RN License in hand
• Experience with high-acuity obstetric patients preferred
• All certifications with expiration dates required at submission
