Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,891 per week in Roseville, CA

Labor and Delivery Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required in hospitals with a minimum of 150 births a month. License: Valid state RN license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Beginner or higher, Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring. Must-Have: Experience in high-risk labor and delivery, high-risk antepartum, triage, circulating in the OR, and newborn/infant care. Description: Local candidates accepted. Must be willing to float to postpartum if needed. Experienced in administering blood products, amnioinfusion, and anticoagulation therapy. Knowledgeable in assessments including APGAR scores and newborn assessments. Ability to assist with high-risk delivery and perform sterile vaginal exams. Experience in support for breastfeeding and lactation. Familiarity with pitocin administration and recognition of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns. Skilled in managing complications like postpartum hemorrhage and pregnancy-induced hypertension. Must have a commitment to high-quality patient care and baby-friendly protocols. Every other weekend shift expectation. Preferred experience in charge nursing and community hospital settings. Familiar with electronic charting systems. Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
