Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced L&D Director specializing in Labor and Delivery for an exciting travel assignment in Elk City, OK. This is a leadership role within a dynamic environment featuring 3 Labor Suites, 7 Mother/Baby rooms, and a dedicated team of 14 RNs, 3 LPNs, and 2 Nurse Techs.

Key Responsibilities of the L&D Director- Oversee and manage the Labor and Delivery unit operations
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals
- Implement policies and procedures within the department
- Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements of the L&D Director- Current RN license
- Fetal heart monitoring certification
- Stable, NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a staff RN
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Director
