Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Director – Oklahoma

Start Date: October 1, 2026

Location: Elk City, Oklahoma

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 8-hour shifts

Highlights:

• Lead a dedicated team of 14 RNs, 3 LPNs, and 2 Nurse Technicians in a family-centered birthing environment
• Oversee operations for a 3-suite Labor & Delivery unit and 7-room Mother/Baby unit
• Direct leadership role with hands-on clinical involvement in a supportive perinatal care setting
• Opportunity to shape departmental protocols, staff development, and quality outcomes
• Collaborative environment focused on maternal and newborn health excellence

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or ability to obtain
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a staff RN in Labor & Delivery
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Director or leadership role
• Current certifications: Fetal Heart Monitoring, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), ACLS, and BLS
• Demonstrated clinical expertise and leadership competency in perinatal nursing
