Precepting skills preferred. First-timers accepted. Required to float between like units. Local rate match within a 50-mile radius. Description: This position offers an elevated seasonal winter rate. There is a cancellation policy due to rate changes after signature. Looking for a strong caregiver to support the PM shift. RTO must be included at the time of submission. Facility may call off once per two-week pay period. Staffing ratios will be maintained. Ideal candidates should have the ability to float to postpartum. Experience with Baby Friendly protocols is preferred. Candidates must possess the ability to perform specific clinical tasks. Key responsibilities include assisting with high-risk deliveries and circulating cesarean sections. Healthcare experience should include dealing with low and high-risk labor patients. Teamwork and interdisciplinary support are essential for this role. Candidates should be prepared to care for neonates and adults. Communication devices may be provided as needed.
