The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic environment caring for a diverse patient population. Experience with high-risk obstetrics is preferred. Candidates should be prepared to handle an average daily census of 15-20 patients. This role includes the ability to administer various medications and perform specific nursing procedures. Responsibilities include supporting patients through labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. The nurse will assist in cesarean sections and manage complications as they arise. Candidates must be flexible to float to other areas as staffing needs require. Commitment to working during weekends and holidays is essential.
