Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $3,178 per week in San Francisco, CA

Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience, with at least 1 year of recent experience License: California RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRP required Must-Have: - Ability to float to other facilities - Completed references must be in hand at time of submission - Previous travel assignment experience Description: Night shift position in Labor and Delivery nursing. Ability to float to other facilities is required. Completed references must be submitted at the time of application. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, and NRP. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience, including 1 year of recent practice. Experience must include postpartum care and the ability to circulate C-sections. Candidates should be familiar with AWHONN guidelines and provide care for both low and high-acuity patients. Unit supports a diverse patient population with varying complexities, including high-risk antepartum cases. Special procedures and equipment experience are necessary for effective patient care. Float requirements may involve reassignment to different departments or units when necessary. All required time off requests must be disclosed at the time of application. Candidates should possess the ability to handle various obstetric emergencies and facilitate maternal and neonatal care according to established protocols. Experience in charting systems, specifically Epic, is preferred. Previous charge experience is beneficial.
