Job Description – RN (Registered Nurse), Family Birthing Center (L&D, PP & OB / LDRP)
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (starts 0645)

• High-risk unit, couplet care — must be comfortable handling all aspects of LDRP from start to finish, including circulating C-sections
• 10 L&D beds, 2 OR suites for C-sections, 3 OB-ED/antepartum triage beds, 12 postpartum beds
• 140–165 births per month
• Ratios: 1:3-4 couplets, 1:1-2 L&D, 1:1-3 antepartum
• Common diagnoses: preterm labor, bleeding, inductions, C-sections, hypertension
• Must float to Mom/Baby and circulate C-sections
