Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $3,225 to $3,395 per week in Cambridge, MA

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The RN will be responsible for managing laboring patients, supporting deliveries, and ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and newborn.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Administer medications and manage pain control, including epidurals
• Recognize and respond to obstetric emergencies

Care Coordination:

• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Ensure smooth patient transitions and discharge planning

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems (EPIC preferred)
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Leadership:

• Charge nurse experience highly preferred
• Support team collaboration and assist with unit workflow as needed
