Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel opportunity for an experienced TravelLabor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Beverly, Massachusetts. This assignment offers a highly competitive weekly blended rate of $3,330, based on three 12-hour night shifts per week. This role provides an excellent opportunity to further your obstetric nursing skills within a respected community hospital known for exceptional maternal-child outcomes.

Key Responsibilities of the Labor and Delivery RN:

Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients throughout antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum stages
Perform maternal and fetal assessments, including monitoring contractions and interpreting fetal heart tracings
Assist with deliveries, including vaginal and cesarean births
Administer medications and manage epidural infusions under provider direction
Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and support staff
Educate patients and families on labor progression, newborn care, and postpartum expectations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies, including postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, and hypertensive crises

Requirements of the Labor and Delivery RN:

Active Massachusetts RN license (or ability to obtain)
BLS and NRP required.
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
Proficiency in fetal monitoring interpretation
Strong communication, assessment, and patient support skills
