Job Title: Nurse Manager II Profession: Client Child Health (MCH) Specialty: Labor & Delivery (Critical Need) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Experience: 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: Basic Life Support Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program Must-Have: License & Certifications: ACLS Description: The role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program. Candidates should have 1-year recent experience within the last 3 years. A Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Five or more years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery within the last two years is preferred. One year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two years is preferred. High Risk OB experience is also preferred. This position involves critical care responsibilities in a Labor and Delivery setting. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential. Effective communication and teamwork are vital in this role. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care. Success in this position will also require a proactive approach to problem-solving.
