Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week

The RN – Labor & Delivery will provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. The nurse will monitor maternal and fetal well-being, assist physicians during delivery procedures, and ensure high-quality patient care while following established clinical protocols and hospital guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Monitor fetal heart rate, contractions, and maternal vital signs.
Assist physicians and healthcare teams during labor and delivery procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families regarding labor, delivery, and newborn care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Minimum 1 year of recent full-time Labor & Delivery experience within the last 3 years
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of California
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
ACLS Certification
AWHONN Certification
