Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Extra shifts may be available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery settings
• Monitor and assess maternal and neonatal patients throughout the continuum of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health record systems
• Assist with obstetric procedures as needed, including scrub responsibilities when applicable

Required Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license required; multi-state licenses accepted with the following verifications: (1) approved 6-hour suicide training and (2) verification of demographics from Nursys
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Demonstrated experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery care
• Requested time off must be pre-approved and will be scheduled at the end of the contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• STABLE program training
• Scrub experience in obstetric procedures
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic health records
